Hello guys, once withdrawal credit in, are we able to request new withdrawal immediately? or need wait certain period of time?

My experience:

1st withdrawal 1498 at 27-Jan 10pm, credit in around 29-Jan, 9pm
2nd withdrawal 1497 at 29-Jan around 9.30pm, credit in 31-Jan, 12pm

Both to exact same MBB account.

Consider fast and smooth?

just update Boost IOS to latest version.

I tried to do withdrawal and Boost request photo of IC and selfie for verification again.
Tried to sumbit just pop out photo mismatch. Tried key in manually and pop up (something wrong, please try again.

anyone face similar issue?

I currently already have premium wallet and done withdrawal before.

lol i had similar email of spend RM 50 in single receipt and get RM 4 the next day.
Scan and pay at 99speedmart and no sign of cash back after 3 days.

Checked with in apps CS and just got their reply that they will check and award rightful reward asap, marked case solved.

Understood that some other user are also having similar complain, apparently Boost do not really care on it.

well, decided not to beg further. Only use boost for shake and withdrawal are enough.

Received an email from boost, anyone know what does this “deposit” means?

can top up with my mbb credit card. However, when i use BP card keep give me "something wrong..." error message

lol..i have one shake reward for mobile top up stuck since last night.
Every time i press and shake, it will show "something went wrong, please try again later"

Contacted CS in apps and so far no feedback. However, i guess it will be "solved" soon.

I tried pay for other bill and able get shake reward normally. Guess I have to live with it.

as long as mbb do not treat reload boost as Cash Advance, then it should be no problem for weekend 5% CB..

Yea, instead, they should enhance each top up to be verified by touch id / face id / bank OTP if they seriously want to enhance the security.

err.. this was myfirst time pay with Boost.
I browsed to IWK website to pay bill, during payment page, go all the way til bottom and choose Wallet option and click Boost logo.

It showed me a login page for Boost. I keyed in phone number and password to login Boost, then key in pin to complete payment.

never notice if there was a QR code option..
