If they don't allow cc top up and user still uses e wallet, then it is cashless society.

Banks will have lower income due to this, as most people reload directly from their bank accounts, cc usage decrease.

If the wallet size increases, assuming the security in the app is improved greatly, people will start storing money in e wallets instead.

I think e wallet is bad news for banks unless they start to venture into this industry and try to compete with other major players.

Well, perhaps you won't mind doing top up of rm1500 but didn't reflect in Boost wallet and you won't mind the money lost and you can't get it back and won't bother to reach boost support. Though this haven't happen, but it's reality that boost support do not reply my email when asking for help. Even TNG wallet have contact center, so this is the part I'm bizarre why boost still can survive with such support model in today's world yet still getting the usage demand. Common sense or not, perhaps we do have large consumer that's too rich and not bothered if hitting issue with monetary transactions that need to reach boost for support but under mercy of whether they reply to your email or not.
