Shake reward never ended.

That's kinda abnormal...

If people are gonna just let it go like that, then they're probably gonna think it's fine to ignore and move on.

Most payments made with Boost are entitled for the shake reward, if they don't provide, then it can be considered as false advertising.

Keep bugging them until they're willing to settle your case, maybe tell them like you're gonna report the issue to related authorities if they still fail to do so.

Btw, shake reward is their main attraction and is what makes them different than other e walllets, I doubt they're ever gonna stop it, unless they wanna set their foot into the coffin.

Sent them a message regarding the missing shake reward from RedOne bill yesterday, they replied in around 10 minutes...

They replied as below:

I seriously hope their CS won't be as bad as Favepay in the future though...

Bigpay (although not an e wallet) should be the role model for the e wallets, they even have a staff assisting the users in this forum.

Heheh...still no signs of my shake reward from RedOne bill since new year midnight...

Gonna bug them again tomorrow if it's still the same...

I'm not a newbie, I've been using Boost since way back in 2018 and I use it almost everyday, if the shake is there it's there, if it's not it's not.

But thanks for the help anyways.

I remember previously there was once a time that they gave out an extra reward to those who faced the "missing cashback".

I wonder if it will happen again this time, since many still haven't got their particular cashback and also shake reward which I'm still waiting until my neck also long already.

If it's MyEG, it's probably gonna be made for payments related to their services?

I doubt it's gonna be like your usual e wallets where you can use to pay for food and stuffs, probably gonna be exclusive like Payfy which lets you pay mainly for Astro bills and Setel which lets you pay for fuel in Petronas stations.
