Same thing happened to me. Early of Dec already faced the problem, still arguing with CS daily till now still not solved. Wonder anyway to report to BNM to get my account unlock!

Ya - I think you are right that future corrective action may not save against banning if you have already triggered a red flag. I must admit that during Maybank TP (esp Amex) phase, I used my cards very aggressively to max out both bank transfer and HG. Then it stopped from Jul / Aug 2019 onwards.

Now, even though I use a totally brand new card from a totally different bank, my temporary bans come and go (sometimes a few days or weeks). Seems like my past usage pattern put me on red flag list, so what is "normal usage" for other accounts is considered "suspicious" for me lol.

Moral of story - try to avoid being blacklisted if you want to enjoy uninterrupted usage!
