i think the topup problem happens to bigpay cards n those registering the same credit card for more than one boost acc, n probably also to those accounts with unsual frequent withdrawal activities

I also cash out twice a month, but not just reload and transfer out immediately. Not sure if people with similar usage pattern are experiencing the same thing, but am genuinely curious if it is a system problem or something I've done.

my account is working fine. i hv 2 boost accounts ( the new account was purposely registered for last year christmas gifting game but it has not been not active after the game ended). i also linked my BP card to both accounts. only last week i discovered my BP card was removed from my both accounts. then i linked back my BP card to my exisiting boost acc (the other new boost acc has no card linked to it because i dont use the acc), topping up using BP n Amex has been so far a smooth process

by reading the numerous complaints here about topping up problem, i can sense that the problem only happens to BP card n those used the same BP card (or same credit card) to top up multiple accounts

boost can actually solve the problem easily

what they need to do is to require all users to register IC compulsory. only one IC is allowed for one boost acc. let users change phone number with their own boost acc that linked their IC

however as i mentioned before, boost will not do this because the company plays “numbers of users” game

i also sometimes encountered problem when pay fave with boost
to avoid embarrassing long queue, i normally load boost app first before proceed for favepay. if boost app fails to load after a few attempts, i will then select amex in fave app n proceed to the counter

you missed out Rm 0 ( zero ) biggrin.gif

Rm10 was special shake reward for certain previous campaigns, not the usual shake reward for scan&pay and bill payment

Terms & conditions :

During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend at any online website which offers Boost as a payment method in a single transaction will get 30% cashback from the total checkout value with a maximum of RM20.
Cashback is only applicable when using Boost as a payment method.
Cashback will be credited into the customer’s Boost account within the next three (3) working days from the date of transaction.
Capped to the first 10,000 transactions.
Each eligible Customer is only entitled to three (3) cashbacks.
Refunded and cancelled transactions will not be eligible to receive the Cashback.
This Campaign shall be held on 8th May 2019 from 12:00 am until 11:59 pm

boost never learned from previous mistakes

lately boost aggressively launched many cb promos again...different requirement for min amount spend, cb amount, timeframe, cb pool n daily quota, etc

i hv not received my watsons cb since 04/5

all these signs in boost prove a weak organisation

marketing department - launch many promos without proper thought n no communication with other departments ( especially IT & CS)
IT department - not intelligent system to auto keep track customers' spending on specific merchants
CS department - too arrogant n not care about customers' complaints
CEO - sleeping top management n completely no control of staff

an update on the missing cb for watsons transaction on 04/5

1) this morning i sent enquiry via app. attached screenshot of the particular watsons transaction. indicated date, time and amount for that watsons transaction. indicated my tel no too.
2) CS (Chwan) replied n asked what watsons campaign was. ****really speechless!!!
3) i attached screenshot of T&C of the watsons campaign.
4) Another CS (Tinesh) replied n asked which particular watsons campain i referred to, and requested me to send screenshot of the campaign. ****this really challenges my tolerance level!!!
5) i forwarded the screenshot of T&C (taken from official boost website) again

this small issue also ongoing hoo-ha since this morning. if they dont wanna honour cb to customers, just mention it up front
