i do agree, boost server is unreliable and cant handle mass customers nowadays
it was during peak hour (1pm++) today ( weekend ). my app ( ios ) seemed unable to load. tried a few times before making payment for meal, but boost app was stucked. finally 10mins later, i was unable to open the app, and i quicky went to the counter to make payment

as usual, we need to chase boost. i will give them another 2 more days before i start to bug them

i hv contacted boost CS many times thru app, email & FB messenger. from my experience, Satish is the worst CS agent, followed by Poovan n then Hafiz. the new staff James is so far the best among all the CS agents

despite all kind of complaints and dissatisfaction, i bet all of us here will still continue using boost if no other competitors offer better benefit than boost. unless boost discontinues shake reward, disallows topup from certain credit cards n makes withdrawal difficult, at this point in time i dont see any other e wallets can compete with boost yet. that is why boost CS agents act like take it or leave it....haha many ppl including myself always complain boost here but we still use boost frequently

wont be surprised u may get Rm0 shake reward if the amount is too low, especially for utility bills

it must be cb naming mess-up by boost
the cb received should be from the email promo for selected customers

it is because your boost acc is banned n now you hope other ppl wont enjoy benefits of boost ?

no need to have such drastic actions regarding your sugesstion (1) & (2)
to avoid / reduce abuse, just do like what TnG ewallet does - forcing all users to register IC, n only one acc per IC is allowed.... however i doubt boost will do so, because boost wants the "numbers"

can u share with us a bit, what kind of exploitation u did ?
after your boost acc was barred, did boost return all your balance to u ?
