How about SCB JOP straight topup Boost apps. So don’t need to go thru Bigpay.
*
Due to recent "improvements" since 13/3, it is now very complicated and we are yet to get an answer.
If top-up Boost with OTP: "BOOST APP 3D-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY", most likely under Online.
It top-up Boost without OTP: "BOOST APP SSL-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY", unlikely under Online.

For time being, you may spend RM567 on Petrol or Online (15% rebate), and RM1933 on Boost in a calendar month to get RM85 (capped) monthly rebate.

But if you have Maybank 2 Amex Gold/Platinum which gives you 5X Treatpoints + 5% weekend rebate, then use M2Amex to top up Boost, FCB VS and SC SCB/JOP and PBB VS/MC to top up Bigpay, you will get the maximum return.

Example:

`It top-up Boost RM100  without OTP: "BOOST APP SSL-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY", unlikely under Online.`

So if its not under Online, there wont be any cashback right from SCB JOP for that particular RM100 Boost top up transaction.
*
Only 0.2% rebate.

Top up >RM200 or bigger amount should trigger OTP, but we are still not 100% sure. confused.gif

Anyway, you just need RM567 on online transactions to achieve RM85 cashback.

I thought we hv to spend RM2500 only we get the 15% RM85 cashback. OMG Im confused.
So its confirmed that for Boost topup via SCB JOP, with or without OTP its still considered online for SCB, and it is entitled for cashback, am I right.
*
You need to spend RM2500 in a calander month to get 15% CB on Petrol/Online (+some Direct Debit items), and 0.2% CB on others but total CB is capped at RM85.

If you spend RM2500 on Petrol/Online, you will get RM85 CB only. (RM2500X0.15 >RM85)
If you spend RM567 on Petrol/Online, and RM1933 on Others, you will get RM85 CB as well. (RM567X0.15 >RM85)

Thanks to boost. My smallest reward is 0.10, most is RM10.

I am more interested to know...

RM1.00
RM1.50
RM2.00
RM3.00
RM5.00

you missed out Rm 0 ( zero )  biggrin.gif

Rm10 was special shake reward for certain previous campaigns, not the usual shake reward for scan&pay and bill payment
*
If RM10 is never a shake reward, then I must spend max RM100 in 1 transaction / bill payment only. biggrin.gif

Referral reward is conditional and not attractive. You can create a lot of Boost accounts (Basic - wallet size RM200, NO need to provide IC number) instead of asking your friends to join. 1 Boost account per mobile number.

You are late-comer. Boost offered 50% rebate (max CB RM10 X3 per store) in July-Aug 2018. I (and a lot of Boost users) created a lot of Boost accounts just to do groceries shopping and dining only.

With the hire purchase money set aside, is it a good idea to pay hire purchase using credit card via Boost? Something like this:

1. Top up Boost with Maybank 2 Amex rm1k. (get cashback on weekends & points)
2. Withdraw rm1k to bank account. (pay rm2 fee)
3. Pay using the cash in account.
4. End of the month, just pay the card using the hire purchase money set aside.

What do you think?
*
Why limit to RM1000?
Maybank 2 Amex can give you 5 Treatpoints worth 1%, if you have only 1 credit card (ie M2 Amex) only, then top up Boost >RM4500 for 3X cashout RM1497 each every month.
And always to spend some Boost credit on retail or bill payments (eg Unifi) to avoid banned by Boost.

Advance payments to credit card and hire purchase don't really give you a lot of savings.

Btw, point 2 can now max RM1,498
*
Max RM1498, but we shall educate others not to reach this level as it will cause the Boost balance = RM0.00.
Cash-out RM1497 and leave some credit in Boost account.

Check carefully. Unifi payments won't contribute to Postpaid RM160 incentive.

Few more days to go, if still not able to fix then have to use AMEX to top up
*
Why not use BP to withdraw cash, RM6 charge for RM3000, ie 0.2%?

Why not use M2 Amex to top up Boost, RM3000 you get 15000 Treatpoints worth RM30?

I top up RM1200 yesterday, no need to wait till tomorrow. I will get 5xTP today. I still have 3 weekends (6 days) to dump RM1000 into Boost for this month.

Actually 15,000 TP worth RM23.44.
I calculate it with 32,000 = RM50 redemption as stated in catalogue.

https://www.maybank2u.com.my/iwov-resources...-Redemption.pdf
*
OOPS. I made a mistake. I corrected it.

Reload Boost RM3000 -> 15,000 Treatpoints

Based on SST 10000TP=RM25, 15000 TP=RM37.50
Based on on-the-spot redemption 500TP=RM1, 15000 TP=RM30.00
1TP worth less than 0.2% if refer to the catalogue, to cover the shipping cost.

Yes, up to RM15000 per month. If you want to know why "RM15000", -> "Search Topic"

I am always curious why some of you must top up on weekends, and up to RM1000 only per month, and use Bigpay to top up Boost? rclxub.gif
