I'm not sure bigpay can pay ptptn or not. Never tried. I use monthly direct debit from my payroll bank when they give 10% discount. Now, once awhile I also pay extra using boost.

U can use search function in bigpay thread, see anyone did it or not. Since bigpay is a prepaid card, I can't advice u. Go to the correct thread and search for the correct answer.

BigPay can be used to pay PTPTN, used it a lot when I cleared the payment end of last year for 20% discount.

Not an issue if you use VS to spend on groceries and dining, or QV on Entertainment and Departmental. Monthly CB on selected categories is a product feature, not a promo.

Eg using QV, you spend RM600 at Parkson, you will get RM30 monthly CB (guaranteed) + MAY win RM30 promo CB (First-come-First-Served)

great. thanks for clarification.

I don't think public bank not aware of this loophole. I just exercise my right to get what the people are getting. And I believe I'm not the only person that face this issue I suppose. Of course you're not fumed because you get what you hoped for. Stop being double standard

believe in future, as per cybpsych, we should take precautions when answering kiasu forumers. if their questions sound like they gonna trigger something, better ignore the questions.

loopholes are in every cards. if can get, just be happy. but if miss out this month, just get next month's one. no need is greedy get this month also.

and I can assure u guys. the moment CS says there's no issue in his ticket and he won't get any compensations as stated in TnC, he will go and tell CS that in forum lowyat, everyone says they get it, and then force the CS to raise another IT ticket to investigate others who get it, as it is unfair.

most scared is not noobie forumers. most scared is kiasu attitude people.

Forum is meant to share.
One simple question is am I the only one making a fuss about this? Still does public bank aware of this? Common sense that banks will not do something that incur losses. Everything is an assumption that my disputes will burn down the whole forest.
You can do and think as you like but as someone mentioned you cannot single out one person if they revised the T&C.

By not sharing info out , I believe many will keep bugging the CS more with black and white and the real person that KSKS is you.

Let him/her be. He/she wanna burn a whole forest. And u see the latest response. Still don't understand. Jin jia sampah attitude. Lazy to bother such people liao.

I guess this forum will become less informative soon.

Share out more, some people knows got such things but they don't receive, they go bug CS for B&W and compensation.

But if nobody shares anything, they will be forced to read TnC. And since TnC says no separate CB, they will just follow as it is, and won't know about the loophole. Simple.

Forum is created to share information for future use. Not to create a problem for the future, but a benefit for the future. This person even wanna create problem for the present. Amazing.

I had >50k when I cleared and with 20% discount was around 42k. laugh.gif That time worried if they implement mandatory salary deduction, the proposed chart showed I am at the highest bracket. So no thanks before another heart attack. sweat.gif

VS in my opinion, AF can be easily waived with 12x usage per year.

SST is not waivable, it's to government but banks can give rebate. Talk to CS.

Forum share to you already loh.

Looks like you're the only one. Bank is aware of this, but no one plans to in/directly push them into a quick resolution. Yes banks will avoid losses, if they are aware of it.

People already sharing out loh. And only experts here sub cards to get more cashback. Most people outside will just read the T&C and don't bother much. Not many will bother their CS about this. When you ask for black and white, they will have a lot of due diligence to do, and probably will find out about this.

Thanks for the reply. So VS annual fees automatically waive once we swipe 12 times per year? There is 6% cash back for groceries, dining and online purchase as well? And can earn VIP points? Does paying insurance entitled for the points as well? Seems lot better than Infinite which only give 0.3% rebate and 2% oversea spending rebates, and no points?

I have a PB VS which its May statement due date was on 29th May, but I forgot to pay, I paid on 31st May. I don't see the May cash rebate yet which I normally see on the next statement date which is 9th. Am I still getting it?
