Just know that the officer need to talk to my supp cardholder, but not me as principal cardholder.

Anyway, the rebate will be credit next statement or can check online banking after 3 days.

Ya imagine you have tone of supp cards, each of supp cardholder need to prepare for the talk...

If my card expiry month is May, SST will be charged on June's statement?

Hi, my statement cycle ends today, 28th. I would like to do transaction around 5 p.m. Is it possible if the transaction posted in this same day? My quota for cb already filled. Hopefully it will be posted next day

Currently have Quantum. Testing to apply VS via the online form above. But I found there is no way / no button to attach supporting document like payslip.

Anybody have tried apply via online form?

I experienced the same thing like you when trying to apply Quantum yesterday. Called CS and they ask me to email custsvc@publicbank.com.my, stating the issues I faced and attach the supporting documents in the same email. Awaiting their acknowledgement & reply now.....

I applied online and sent my supporting documents to their email ady. Should I refill the PDF form + attach everything and send again?

or I should wait for their reply & acknowledgement 1st?

always have impression platinum is >60k, i guess the rule does not apply to this card

Hi, I called CS today on the application update, after 1week, it is now being processed. Required another week till approved based on them.

Anyway, the reason I called is to cancel one of the Quantum card but being told that I need both to participate in the complimentary gift.
Is this true?

How about the cash rebate? Since its for 1 card only.

Called yesterday to request for cashback/rebate for SST for VS and VS supp. CS said will submit to management for approval.
