I am still a little confused why is that some outlet (for example, Parkson) is marked as "Departmental Store" while others is not mentioned.

Like inside the list only 1U and MyTown outlet mentioned, so what happened to other outlets?  :confused:

I never use the lounge access before. For PIBB platinum mastercard/visa, do I just show the card at the lounge and can get in for free? Do I have to purchase the flight ticket using the credit card?

I just collected my PB Quantum cards from the bank just now. Quick questions:

1. How do I activate the cards? I asked the service counter in the bank to activate my cards but they asked me to go home and activate either online or call    I think the cards are already activated but havent set PIN. I tried to set the PIN in PBe but it shows this:

Your Request Could Not Be Executed.
You Do Not Have The Relevant Account(s) For This Feature.

2. My statement date is 29 every month. This month only has 28 days  Then when will I get the statement this month (February)?

After calling CS and directly approved the adjustment, shown in pbe after 3 working days
(according to CS my spending amount enough for that adjustment)

Just receive my quantum mc statement. There are 2 shopee transactions in the statement. Both done in app. However 1 transaction has cashback but the other one earn VIP point. That's odd...
