Use online maybe can. I haven't been using pin for ages now. Either online or contactless. Use online = you still possess the card = reset number of contactless usage count.

before they came out with the point redemption, you can still get them to sponsor your SST. Now, the official way is to redeem SST with your points.

SST only intro'd in Sept, election in May. GST doesn't tax you for credit card. So it doesn't make sense their 2018 points redemption catalog has SST.

What I meant was, redeem points to pay for SST.

Looks like you're the only one. Bank is aware of this, but no one plans to in/directly push them into a quick resolution. Yes banks will avoid losses, if they are aware of it.

People already sharing out loh. And only experts here sub cards to get more cashback. Most people outside will just read the T&C and don't bother much. Not many will bother their CS about this. When you ask for black and white, they will have a lot of due diligence to do, and probably will find out about this.
