basically, depends on what you can afford
i'll say go straight for the piccolo, coz it's smaller and you can save your stamina, it is easier to play too. if you lack $, then go for fife, but when you want to change to piccolo, you need to relearn your fingering again and btw, silver flute fingering = piccolo fingering |
