piccolo's fingering is the same as it's friend the big silver flute,
the difference is the price and tune, piccolos sound a lot sharper and to answer your question, i learn when i joined my school band err... 7 years ago, i learned for free since it's a school band This post has been edited by koayty: Jun 8 2007, 05:36 PM |

Wow, so many x schoolband members around ere
Yup, d price for a piccolo is definately more expensive Was wondering, does d piccolo has beginner types juz like trumpet?if it does have, then get d beginner one, n shud b cheaper, i guess some basic info for piccolo n flute from Yamaha (damn costly) http://www.yamaha.com/yamahavgn/CDA/Catalo...PRODUCT,00.html This post has been edited by hitsugayat10: Jun 8 2007, 05:46 PM |

![]() a sample of the exact fife we use in our band... imagine it as the recorder (used in primary school music lessons), but being played horizontally n has more octaves than it... it has a lower pitch then the silver flute n piccolo |
