Hi guys,planning buy 4pcs tire 245/45/17 install on my 8.5jj 17"rim
My budget around rm350 per tyre
Currently got a tyre shop recommed Achilles atr sports,any others options pls advice.tq

I'm using maxxis i-pro. Rm220 per piece. So far no complaint about it.

Really???. Ask few tyre shop for 245/45/17 size all answer above rm500 for brand like dunlop,yokohama,bridgestone

Mc6 cannot get 350 for 245 profile tyre..or u mistaken it for 215/45r17. This one quite common. But 245 so rare.

245 really wide tyre. Only performance/continental car come with this thick tyre.

Oh,it is my father car Mercedes e200k year 2004,he hardly use it so prefer a cheaper tyre will do.

u can get achiles or hankook less than rm 500
v12 around rm 470+ if not mistaken
achiles rm 300+

maybe you can look for v12evo2. They are very good tyres and value for money.

depend on the width of your rims.if it is wider behind suggest use back 245.

Yes for 8.5j wide can still use 225 tires. I suggest you use that so can get much better tires rather than use 245 but then settle for not good ones. For 225/50/17, you can buy the Hankook V12 Evo 2 for under your rm350 budget. It's the best value for money tires now.

Can try for Viking Protect PT5 also, but am not sure if they have 245/45. I know those 225/45 or 225/55 are below rm300.

Another brand that I saw my relative using is Rovelo, i have never use it, but I saw him using it on both his old merc, I guess it should be kind of worthy budget tyres.
