thast's new to me. A quick search around internet, seems only 1 local distributor here to source the Nohon battery.
How much you bought the battery at Aliexpress?

What seal packaging... When you send to Samsung Malaysia, they will take the set into their closed service to be repaired. So are not able to see anything. This is not those tepi jalan shop you go to repair your phone where you can see what they are doing.

You can insist for them to changed it in front of you. That's what I did at the Samsung Service Center located in Low Yat last time. Took less than 5 mins only 😅

I had similar experience. I went back to the Samsung shop to return it and asked for a new one.

Replacement battery comes with 1 year warranty. After 6 months use also can return.

this happen very often to manufacturing industries
the same thing happen to car battery, ever notice an OEM fitted car battery can last so long. sometimes even 2 yrs plus.
