Dear /K, anyone can recommend reputable seller/place to buy genuine (or equivalent quality) Samsung battery? Also are those Sun Global brand battery trustable?

I asked Samsung store, its well over RM100 for the battery. Should be my last option to buy from there, so expensive shakehead.gif
Looking to help uncle get his aging Galaxy Note 3 battery replaced, his recent battery purchased at those random shop, kembung already sweat.gif

I go change at Samsung Malaysia for my Note 5.

My previous battery drain fast.

The health was about 73% left based on Accubattery.

Later after Samsung change... I check... It was not a 100% health battery. They change to a 86% health battery. Probably someone's return set. Also, battery same drain fast.

No need lah, I don't have proof except for the Accubattery info.
I doubt Samsung will recognise and admit to that based on that App.

What seal packaging... When you send to Samsung Malaysia, they will take the set into their closed service to be repaired. So are not able to see anything. This is not those tepi jalan shop you go to repair your phone where you can see what they are doing.

Used about a month

I notice if you keep your battery above 30%, it lasts longer.

Some online tech guru said 30-80% is best

Not over charging, not depleted

My one year old battery can hold 67% original charge, but that's not good enough for me, might not last the day if really need to use it

Which outlet? Samsung note 5 probably no more new battery. How much they charge u?
*
Normally Note 5 battery 200+. You can check the Samsung Note 5 discussions in the forum. The price is about right if it is changed in Samsung Malaysia.

I did go to outside shop, they wanted RM160-180. And did say it won't be an Original one. That why I go change in SM.

Oh yeah just remembered these batteries many are new old stock, are not as strong as newly manufactured ones

I noticed my battery even bought new, is 2016.

Not as good as the one I bought manufactured recently, but better than old one

I read many places say that Nohon battery is the best. I've just ordered a Nohon battery to replace my old Redmi Note 3 battery from Aliexpress.

thast's new to me. A quick search around internet, seems only 1 local distributor here to source the Nohon battery.
How much you bought the battery at Aliexpress?
