as for the transport they cover for 24/7 a day but its only for the cyberjaya site.

quite diffrent i presume.

hdpm reports direct to service centers and are quite rarely bounded by what the local gov says emplyees can enjoy.tho recently they did a review and added some of the benefits a local comp has to hdpm.hbmy may have more following what the locals have.

and call center work mcm gila kohkoh but its job for some.not for the faint hearted this call centre.and yes hdpm pays a bit lower no matter what dept/function you go but if plan to stay the pay is good as you move up the various ratings they have for various depts they have there.

some basic low, tp allowance banyak as the above, some allowance tarak, but basic a bit high, ada various other benefits and work not that tough...and there is also some other + here - there...its all mixed and match la in hdpm.

but if you want a pay that fits the career path youve studied then hdpm is not the right place kohkoh.

easy peasy mate.hdpm is quite desperate now for new hires.just be yourself dont over do something you dont know and you will be fine.

not sure lo ur going to get what until you know who interviews you.yes hdpm has every thing.from the crappy call centre to the z of finance/banking world.

hmmm that most probably be the hr guys...they will do just a screening test etc sort of interview.the one who will conduct the real one will be the mo of the team youre going to working(now this is decided by the hr who get who)

hmmm this is some how weird......how all of you reporting of assessment??

from what i remember they only have a simple one then they just proceed with and interview..no such thing as staged interview etc etc.....my take with this assessment stuff might be for gbm or call center....if its HSS i doubt you need that much of assessments.

hoo then youre maybe in GBM.well im not sure hows the pay structure in gbm since im in hss.where do you work??KLC or CYb(kl center/cyberjaya)

from what i heard usually they wont cut loose the employees.all they do is reshuffle here and there.some dept gets closed but doesnt mean you get shown the door out.most probably you will be patched in to other departments.example last week one of dept ivecome to known got closed.all those lads and lasses just got transferred to other processes.

even as we speak, hdpm is still under staffed in some areas.every month there will be some one resigning leaving vacant spots.

anyone wants to work at hdpm now is the time yo...this month alone in my dept soo many left...next month a few more.

yes to all of the above.HSS is big yo got all kind of weird process wch i oso x paham.im in hss but uk side one.the taiwan/hk hss got 2 places in kl and cyber.i work alongside with hss hk guys in kl.

its the code of the working world ma, 1 month.but if feel mau cabut and dont care just resign 24 hrs pun bole.

u guys neh nak pi interview ke surf the net lol.might as well focus on the interview dr bwk lappy2 neh.

anyway you just go to the lobby there will be hr staffs waiting for you lot.wont be alone that day sure have a lot of ppl.

just write a formal letter and youre done.i dont think there is any special procedure for that

but then again they say that as legal stuff rarely they chase on since the cost for that compared to them paying you a 1 month salary is way higher thus they dont pursue.you wanna quit fine by them.besides 1st 3 months where got work, training here there do the online thingy=makan gaji buta ony.

where got la brader.u take one time pass oso get the same amount you retake oso get the same amount.tho they do give some extra if u pass wif flying colors.hss so eager to send their 1 year plus peeps for that bloody paper if you really in this financial fied take and then wait a while and cabut to other places.

once you reach or near 8months-1 yr time with hss ur am/mo will discuss it with you.hr will arrange every thing from reg to providing the books/notes/mock papers etc etc and also you get 3 days of holiday to prep for exam.
