My Maxis Home Fibre was 'upgraded' from 10Mbps to 30Mbps recently... but the speed is terrible and very-very unstable.... sometimes the internet just got disconnected intermittently and it isn't Wifi issue... the wifi signal strengh is good, full bar at all time. So I did the speed test and here is the result:
I did this test when no one is using the internet. This is terrible!... my daughter keeps complaining her youtube always putus-putus!!... What is going on Maxis?? What can I do? This package is supposed to be 30Mbps package. For the record, I have been using Maxis 10Mbps package for years.... and never had any problem like this... For the past 3 years or so I rarely had any speed/connectivity issue. But after being 'upgraded' to this 30Mbps package I started having problem like this. I did several more speed tests and the results are terrible, like this...

QUOTE(juneong @ Nov 18 2018, 12:27 PM) urs is bad ? try my, this is RM 139 package with my own router (as THEIR ROUTER FAIL to WORK) Apparently this is a nationwide issue, as posted here: https://www.soyacincau.com/2018/11/18/maxis...broadband-slow/My speed seems 'ok' now... consistenly getting 22mbps download (I am on 30mbps package) which is acceptable to me... I DM Maxis on twitter and the only thing they could answer is, "Have you tried restarting your router?"
