those shock coming from ur tv
coz mostly all tv were 2-pin plug
so they were not grounded..

the shock coming from AV/s-video or wat ever it is cable hole in ur tv
when u connect ur cable to the tv..the metal plate on ur cable will transfer the electical to ur machine that made from metal too
in this case 360 hdd

u can solve this prob
uses 3-pin plug and make a ground wire to teh metal place at ur 360

Plugged to LCD monitor using VGA cable instead of the composite cable. No more electric shock... nod.gif So can confirm the leakage came from TV's AV output. Time to buy a bigger LCD monitor whistling.gif haha
