I also facing the same issue.

Many drivers didn't know their way of driving is really not up to standard, but as a passenger I also dunno how to tell them. So end up I just don't rate jer.

that's a very bad attitude.

and when Grab confront him, he for sure will say his attitude is absolutely fine.
