Account Banned due to Cancellation Rate too high, What is the standard?

Its not easy to balance the need of the user vs driver.
I can tell you if my ride get cancelled when I wanted to get to the airport at 5am in the morning, it really messed up my schedule. Sometimes I end up having to drive myself. |
