Anyone utilized the RM129 battery replacement program? My phone battery is at 85 % only after a year of usage.

Which AASP good with iPhone battery replacements? Share your experiences. Worried if the phone will maintain the water resistance properly.

The program ends on 31st December.

Checked with a few places in KL. Some can do it on the same day, some need up to 3 working days. 🤔

Went to machines at the curve. Too bad that they have so many apple policy to follow. Some are really ridiculous. 1) your phone products must be untouch before in regards to any spare parts. For example, your changed your screen with other third party screen, you are no longer entitle to battery replacement. 2) with all the original phone, your phone must be in perfect conditions with no hairline crack or any minor scar he’s. Machines will reject to replace battery for you coz they do scare that your phone will be crack more after they change the battery for you. Hence, no choice for you to replace battery with them.

I would really curve the technician gao gao.

Then I report and chat with apple support on this matter. They help me to find another stores with my case ID. I will go for another store and see what the next course.

For machines, if you phone are in perfect conditions, they can change your battery in 4 phones provided you submit your phone to them before 1pm on weekends and 3pm on weekdays. Weekends is only for those making appointment. After this cut off time you will get your phone next day. Very lauya machines.
