How good it is depends on whether you get a young girl or an aunty.

You can try One Osteo in Plaza Damas. They are osteopathy, very gentle, and holistic approach. Need to look beyond the symptoms (stiff shoulder) and look at the root cause.

I hurt my back until cannot bend and sleep, went there do 3 sessions in about 10 days.

After 2 sessions  much improvement. After 3rd session like 85% free from pain.
