According to SD plan, those area are reserved for different themed parks. Pretty cool eh

EV 4 and 5 are pretty similar in terms of the design layout, the cost premium of EV5 over EV4 is mainly due to it being launched around 2 years after EV4 was launched (DLP of EV4 might have lapsed), and also the slight geographical advantage (ie higher land, closer to forest reserve/Elmina ridge/peak). I think there was also added fittings for EV5 which may bring some cost savings.

If you are urgent to buy and move in, then probably EV4 would be perfect with the lower pricing. If not, can wait for EV5 to VP and see if there's any investor in a hurry to let go of their unit due to economy slowdown. But you may need to wait for a couple more months if you are interested for EV5 as the project progress was delayed due to MCO.
