Anyone successfully get a refund from beauty salon after you just sign a packages?

Afaik, really really hard 4 u to refund.. The only reason l know is when after you gone through the session, ur face become prob.. rashes, acne, etc.. then can only refund..

Not transferred at all. Somore who will to pay for a 300 one session for a simply hydration facial? All the girl hard selling me. They lock me in a room until I surrender. My facial done in almost 5 hour and for 1 hour and plus i have no choice to keep listen and reject until I surrender.

Honestly this alone is enough grounds for you to file a complain to tribunal.

By any chance is that facial centre located in Mid Valley?

Not everyone who create account are dupes like you who first post immediately spam the forums and open stupid thread. At least TS use it to ask legit serious question.

In seremban. one of my friend use their service too in mid valley. I Facebooking and found that actually all the branch using the same ways that kept you in a room for an hour and more. I have been please to the branch manager to cancel my credit card and she mention all packages has no one refund in the history. She checked with HQ come back me for more than a month still she not able to refund me

its happen to me 2years back but what i did i told them i only have RM100 and please give me that RM100 facial service. no others service no sign up anything. what kind of business like that cheating customer? even span they use for my face also i hve to pay RM10

i never believe facial promotion for RM50 or anything less than Rm100. those beautician relly mess with wrong person.

I believe a lot of victim have stay quietly end up to finish all the facial sesions. Every single cent cost to me. Even I low incomer I still have to support my parents expenses. They have no logic at all say that RM6000 is really cheap. And in the end push me for rm3000

I have been sign bank installments and I have totally regret after home. I back for cancellations within an hour and she asked me no worries and promised will refund. After a few call with different consultant they has really no intention at all to refund or cancel the package to me. They just wasting my time to start with a new story again with every consultant. tiring to follow up again after 1 and half months and keep me with fake hope

Is this place called Shakura? My friend use to experience the same hard selling problem and they gave all the same bull shit, like saying they need to contact their manager in Singapore etc. but they will always try to delay as long as possible.

My advice is continue pushing and write the email to the HQ yourself, and make sure you keep your name in the loop. Be prepared to file a claim with tribunal as well especially when they lock you in the room and threaten you. That's quite illegal ya know...

I have recently registered a one session facial from facebook. The clinic is in The Garden. So far haven’t make an appointment with them. Hopefully is not a hard sales salon.

Stop being nice to them. You need to hard complain to them back. You're obviously not their first complain so they will be very experienced in dodging the issue. Just threaten and be prepared to complain a lot, write to them, constantly go to their branch and meet them.

Name and shame this company in public because this issue has been going on for years dy. I'm surprised no action still taken against this unethical company.

At first, they asked me to pay for RM6k, I refused, they forced me, pursue me but they didn't get yes from me. She then tried another way that asked me to pay RM3k. I refused with my money concerns but she still don't want to let me go and kept me in the room for more than an hour inside. She asked me not to worry about the amount as there will be a way. She then offer 0 interest installment and give free mask and 1 extra treatment for me.

No matter how close to tears I am, they just continue to push and say that it's really good for me and that I just have to squeeze more in my finances and the treatment would be all good for me. Very sadly, I gave in despite much hesitation and paid thru installment and all means

Threaten to file a police report then if they really did lock you in the room. Bring some friends with you and keep all record of your communications. Take down the names of who you talk to and what reason they gave everytime they ask for refund. emails will be best because there's paper trail but till then, you'll have to constantly visit them and ask for your refund. Their plan is to make you give up eventually.

Once again can I confirm the shop name? It will be useful to warn all future forumers about this disgusting business.

File a claim with tribunal. Find out where is their office in your state. Tell them your problem.

Can try call the bank to stop payment, since you said you signed for bank payments. Just try...

I know it is very hard to leave once they pulled you in, expect some losses. You may not get a full refund since you already used their services.

true true. they will make every one of the beauticians come over and try to convince you. maybe im garang la so they dont really play around with me. since that day i just go facial at normal facial shop.cheap2 one 😅

I think you have mistaken me with someone. As I don't even post on Facebook. I just did research from Facebook and found there are victims. Thanks for reminded me, once go to the end I will do it.

You are right that no one force us to buy. But bear in mind don't treat consumer like an idiot where according to Malaysia consumer protection act 1999, no refund policies for future services contract are illegal.

Next time if this happens, quietly call the cops to the place, I know how this sounds, but with this, you can spread better awareness,lodge a report and the cops can help u get away with it.

Thing is, these ppl think they can manipulate women for using aggressive methods like this, don't be afraid in the future.

For your case, yes , like what some mention, tribunal Pengguna. It's a hastle, need to print those docs, send a copy to them, file a case at the office and attend a hearing at a mention date.

Bring your partner or someone muscular a man to deal with them.
