1)it have WMV video playback problem.. the video looks laggy.. but sound is ok..
they said it because of the wm6 codec.. can be fix but i cant find..

2)it using ti-omap.. which is the slowest among all processor(read from others comment)

HTC Touch has native support for SDHC. I'm using default firmware with a 4GB SDHC microSD without any problems

thanks for the comments bro. actually the only thing that's turning me off is the TI processor. but does the phone lag or face performance issue's with the TI 201mhz processor? i mean, for daily use, if it doesn't really lower the performance then it shouldn't be a problem.

the only other pda thats around this budget with similiar or better specs is the LG KS20 running on a qualcomm 400mhz processor.

for me.. it still acceptable la.. if u wan fast.. the only solution is overclock..

however with only 201mhz i can play Age of empire nicely without any problem

what is a safe overclock speed? do you know any cooked ROM's that provides overclocking?? i'm looking at getting the blue elve's ROM from xda-developers if i get my touch.

just go download batterystatus. safe figure to overclock 247

Just install extra application is ok .. About overclock speed im not sure.. cause each device is different.. some can go higher..

I only under clock.. never overclock.. because they said overclock may decrease the device life span..

ok la, i think i made my decision. hope i can get my htc touch asap.

sure, coz logistics for bringing the goods back to warehouse or store or whereever it may go might cost more. so it'll be more cost effective for them to sell it out
