true, i used a non apple dongle for headphone jack and charger, once i plugged in my earphone, it create a noise like a TV broadcast disturbed

Yeah, exactly. HK models have a double physical sim where else MY, SG and AU models are using one eSIM + one physical SIM hence it's a question mark.

Since you're not in the Klang Valley, might be best to get an official MY set unless you travel a lot and need dual SIM capabilities - then up to you to judge if the risk of buying a HK set is worth it
