I’m planning to get just the lower looks for my Saga Flx with 195/50/15, but I’ve read ton of threads about getting Springs instead of CO , some said getting just springs are actually much better driving experience and will be fine on stock shocks , any suggestions or advice on getting CO or just the lowering springs with stock shocks?

**I expect to get a more bumpy ride instead of soft like jelly ride which is having in stock sets right now

I've been using sport springs on stock shocks for the longest of times, and they're still reasonably lasting. Yes they might not last as long as when using stock springs but for me its long enough until I also cannot remember when I changed the springs or how long already I have changed them. However the springs that I have used so far are from reputable brands designed to be compatible with stock shocks for example Tanabe NF or Eibach. and not extreme specs/extremely low/much stiffer spring rates. Of course if you have the budget to also combine with sport shocks like KONI, Bilstein, Kayaba SR, etc2, or even go with coil over altogether then those options are better but if you're on limited budget and still want to improve handling a bit, sport springs are still a viable option.
