Same here from Kuala Terengganu. On 100Mbps package, but since this morning, Fast.com shows only about 95Kbps download speed! (Normally around 80Mbps++.) TM/Maxis speed test for some reason shows higher around 30/40Mbps (but this does not show the true pic), very slow/cannot load many websites, YouTube only plays at 144p!
Any idea what's wrong? I'm on 175.xxx ip range.
Unifi Live Chat also takes ages just to load. And once succeed into the screen, been waiting since number almost 100, once hit below 10 suddenly message appears "We are experiencing high volume of chats. Kindly reach us via our facebook @weareunifi or twitter @helpmeunifi".
