Having same issue in Paka Terengganu. Restoration is in progress, as the Twitter rep put it. Waited 10mins on phone, tweeted them 5 times only got response.

They didn't share the details. I don't think they know exactly what's the issue. Had them reset my network, i restarted my router and problem still persist. The rep only said this slow network is impacting its major users today. That's it.

Since 2017 i believe. Around murni perdana, tmn uda and along the way. Except tnb quarters there. Paka got unifi faster than kerteh. Kerteh only really late last year reached Kg Baru area. I even got turboed to 300mbps last august.
