  . Guys what is this.. connection was fine then suddenly no internet... Now TEL1 and AUTH lights hv been blinking slowly for the past 10 minutes.. what could be the problem?

Because of the non stop downpour, this socket was flooded with water. The original installer did a very poor job at cabling years ago. They drilled a hole that's way bigger than the fibre cable and never cover it properly. This post has been edited by nChen: Dec 20 2018, 04:12 PM
