Stil thinking of getting maxis 30mbps only coz not really a heavy user and no contract at all with TM.
Anyway i also wanted to find some time to visit TM point to see what they can offer me...coz now they come with all the unifiTV which i absolutely won't use it...

I'm at same situation but get turboed recently..CS told me if i were to terminate mine and plan to re-apply to new plan, i may not get port available for me as there's lot of others in the Q.
Did the CS told u about this..
Now i'm stil stuck at paying RM149 for 100mbps...

So we left with 2 option.
1. Change to maxis and cancel UNIFI
2. Downgrade to RM129 packages with 2 years contract and no new equip
Both option also come with option within this option...30 mbps

Yes it is also a good idea,  though I know many people still hesitate. I shall see if there is any good things coming after my contract ended, otherwise I will consider switching to Maxis.

Now i'm just get this email from TM..incorrect charges of STD20 ??? I don know what it mean and all the while i've been paying RM149 for my VIP10 til now...even after turbo'ed..

I've checked my prev bills, like this :-
unifi lite 100mbps - RM 129 discount RM10 = RM 119
unifi TV - RM 30.
So total RM 149.
Before turbo'ed, its like this :-
unifi VIP10 - RM 199 disc RM 50 = RM 149.

Anyway I'm asking because maybe somebody encounter this before or understand more compare to me on what is TM is doing..

Yes ..it's come with 600min free talk and it was a VIP5 and upgraded to 10mbps few yrs ago...

Who knows what they are doing. You will have to ask customer service further. Maybe they will add in STD20 for you. Maybe they will reduce your bill by RM20 to RM129. Have a look at the website for the new RM129 package. It includes STD20. For RM10 more than your RM149, you also get Ultimate pack. if you want that.  You have to decide whether you want to pay lower package price or get your money's worth for what you are paying. This depends on your usage.

You have an option to switch to that package but with 2 year contract renewal. Or look for other alternatives. Or make a complaint and get what you are paying for. If you are not under contract now, maybe you have a little bit of a better chance as they would want to retain you as customer.

I did not have STD20 when turbo to 100M. So I complained and eventually got it added in for RM129. Similar case to iamalmighty. You can check back on previous posts.
