Hi guys, I'm moving to a new location but TM customer service say that the port on my new location is already full and put me on the waiting list.
Usually how long is the waiting period? Is there any way to make them install the new port faster? Customer service said if I can bare the cost, then it will be faster x.x'
Or should I resort to maxis fibre instead since time is not available there?
