Upgraded to 500mbps (instead of 800mbps) after complain to MCMC.

TM CS called said that my account will be upgraded to 800m from my existing 100m(RM189 RYE2017). Now my perpetual discount only RM100 and they remove my Aneka tv!

They make me can't complain duplicate service of iptv(aneka & ultimate) to reduce RM30.

Anyone facing same problem and manage to get back what you deserve?

They do called, around 2 weeks after I complained to MCMC.

My message to MCMC was simple, either upgrade me to 800m or reduce the price to rm129 without contract extension.

Rmb to ask for all report id from TM CS.

Email them few days ago but didn't receive any reply. While mcmc do have acknowledgement email.

Same situation like urs, complain to tm but no luck. Received sms said based on technical readiness and case closed.

MCMC pun no action.
