500Mbps with Aneka+Ruby (don't ask me why because I don't know too) + free calls.

I don't think you can get RM129 500M like fruitie's case as that is probably a billing mistake, not a package that exists. If you don't need the 500M speed, then save RM40-70 per month and switch to RM129/159 100M. Your contract will be renewed though but no penalty. I think at RM199 others are getting 800M.

If you don't need Ultimate, you can downgrade that to one of the A/R/V packs and see if can reduce by RM30. Or get RM139 30M and wait for 300M turbo.  Or wait for RM139 300M if it comes out.

Nowhere does TM promised you 500 Mbps on WiFi only on Lan. You want 500 Mbps on wireless, spend the big money on a top end router but I think you'll be too cheap to do that.
So just switch to the 100 Mbps plan so TM don't have to deal with you.

Just sharing my experience downgrade my unifi from 500 mbps to 100 mbps earlier..

I received turboed somewhere in Sept 2018 from 50 to 500mbps but unfortunately I unable to enjoy the speed given due to my own devices (max 50 mbps for 2.4g wifi / max 150 for 5g wifi / 350 for wired connection). Already ask the technician for ground assistance which they told me the speed is based on what have been promised (500mbps on wired and 300++ on wifi)

Thus, since my own devices are not capable to get the speed more than 100mbps, i decided to downgrade to 100mbps and need to tie another 2 years contract. after few days they send notification to off my router and enjoy the new speed. Surprisingly, when use wifi i can get 75++ mbps through 2.4ghz + 100mbps 5ghz. better than 500mbps earlier.

and also during submited the downgrade form in tmpoint, i saw lot of unifi subcribers terminated their account..i feel sorry for tm but i asked the staff why so many terminated like pasar malam meh, the staff told me only here they can terminate the account..haha tm make things difficult for those want to terminate unifi acc.

yes, i understand, but some people 50Mbps upgrade to 500Mbps still paying RM179, i have friend getting this, so i dont know how TM done for all customers that using 500Mbps now

because from Nov 2017 til Oct 2018, i am paying RM189 for 100Mbps, TM return me RM30 x 10 months for period from Nov 2017 til Oct 2018, so it means i am paying RM159 for my 100Mbps from Nov 2017 til Oct 2018 (lose some GST because they return RM30 x 10 months)
