Still didn't get Turboed. If not for Celcom incompetence, I would have already switched to Celcom Fibre 100Mb/100Mb RM120 per month.

Be patient, it will be here. Saw someone commented that TM CS informed him that all accounts will be turboed by Jan 2019. Not sure if it is true, but see how it goes.

Nah, I will definitely switch to Celcom Fibre once they get my housing taman online in their system. Doesn't need more than 100Mbps anyway. It's the cheapest 100Mbps, symmetrical but is behind CG-NAT and no IPv6. Their drop point boxes are there since early this year but apparently not in their coverage system. No wonder never sees any of their technicians doing installations here.

Is it even legal to do so in the 1st place?

If yes, will placing those dish near to where we stay, will affect our health?

What about the cost of building the setup? Worth the money saved for sharing?

Should be legal under MCMC rules, but not so sure about TM ToS.
Should not affect health in any way, a wifi bridge is basically no different than a wifi access point in how they works.
The cost can be high though, a 100Mbps half-duplex wifi bridge with self-installation may cost up to RM1k.

I have done several point-to-point wifi bridge setup, as long as there are not too much obstructions between the two points, doing a 100Mbps half-duplex bridge with Mikrotik SXT Lite5ac is pretty much doable.

you want to transmit wifi signal to your inlaw house that away like 3-5km? with a dish? you may get into trouble tho ,
Maximum transmit power for 2.4Ghz according to MCMC is 500miliwatt i dont know 100-500mw is enough for distance, around 3-5km?(i dont know much about wifi trasmit power lol). You may cause wifi interference to your neighbours and it maybe severe. are you really comfortable to let those wifi packet flying across your neighbourhood lol someone can attack your wifi using KRACK Vulnerability https://www.krackattacks.com/

Nowadays, wireless bridge use 5Ghz spectrum, to be specific it is between 5470-5650 and 5725-5875 Mhz. EIRP for 5Ghz is 1W. Combined with high-gain bi-directional antennas and correct installation plus line-of-sight availability, tens of kilometers link is easily achievable. Vendors like Mikrotik and Ubiquiti nowadays use proprietary wireless TDMA protocols with extra optional security too instead of plain 802.11 protocol with WPA/WPA2.
