Wednesday report that I get turbo-ed, but due to using old BTU modem, today the TM staff finally came to my house
after finish change the modem, they even send me an email for the report

not necessary 219, i think any other ip range is fine beside 42.x.x.x

make sure file a complaint to tm, so they know some users are having this issue. otherwise, they will just "buat xtau"and ignore it.

I noticed that if disconnect the WAN, IP address still start with 42
only the number at behind is changing
for example 42.110.xx.xx
only those 4 X are keep switching, front number remain the same doh.gif

So, if you follow their "logic", changing the ONU is their problem so FOC, but changing the router is due to your problem since the router belongs to you!! So they charge you rm53 for the visit. And if the problem is yours, and they replaced your router to solve it, then they either charge you for the new router (I think rm300 or so) or you get 2 years added to your contract!

so weird, last 2 weeks TM change my BTU to huawei hg8240h
today try the speedtest again, getting around 90+ mbps on download
using lan cable sweat.gif
