I saw Time offering 100mbps for MYR99 monthly and it’s available in my area. How could it be possible if the backbone is still copper wire?

just want to get clarification, for new registration of unifi turbo 100 mbps, RM129 package, does it come with hypp TV/unifi TV package? read in website it suppose to come with basic package, but the girl at counter mention that this is only internet package without hypp TV. noted that STB no longer been provided.
