Anyone has issue with their hypptv?

I’m unable to view any channels on hypo tv the moment I select the hypp tv icon using remote.
It’s just freeze and I can’t change to any channels. It’s just freeze. Anyone has experience this issue before? Is this the box issue? Call TM and they have reset the hypptv connection but issue still persists... could it be box problem?

To those with rm99 50mbps plan, do they come with free calls and hypptv channels?

My fiancé is currently paying rm189 for her 50mbps plan + std 20 (free Calls) + varnam pack.

She is unable to upgrade her plan as she lives in condo. Took her to Menara TM today and changed her plan to RM99 (50mbps+ STD20 free calls + varnam pack. Order was processed at 1pm today and completed at 7pm today.

Also, manage to pressure TM to change all her equipments. TM log an order and informed that equipments will be changed within 72 hours with no further questions asked and contract refresh for 2 years.

Hahahaha honestly. I did nothing, I gave them my unifi account number and told them I got a special 800mbps plan from TM and I mentioned their special officer name who was dealing on my legal matter with mcmc and then I have my fiance’s Number and told them straight to the point. I need this 50mbps plan at rm99. To be honest this RM99 50mbps plan doesn’t come with free calls. I just told them I want everything to remain as per current plan and at the price of rm99. They just told me “ok sir” and took my fiance’s Ic and submit for proceessing. They told me the plan was not in their system and they told me within a hour they will get it approved and the order will be reflected in the system. I also stress that I need new btu, router and dect
As the current ones are old. They ask me if I’m ok to refresh my contract I said yes of course provided my equipments are all new. They said within72 hours TM will send their contractor to change all equipments at my fiancé’s residence. I told them thank you and I left.. that was all about it..

P/s: I won’t be surprise if TM has a special tag on my record profile in their system. Coz initially she was just normal in entertaining me and the moment my fiancé sat and I was standing next to her and gave her my unifi account number, that’s where the respect and tone changed and everything was expedited within minutes ... so there must a a special tagging in their system I believe which would have allerted them on my past history which they offered free calls and varnam pack with their RM99 50 mbps plan which by default it doesn’t include.

I have a 800 mbps package + ultimate pack + free calls package for rm159. Can I transfer it to another user?

I’m thinking of moving on to maxis prime as my whole family is maxis line users and it comes with unlimited data plan.
