If Turbo to 500Mbps for RM 189 better go reduce price to 100Mbps RM 129 if don't need the extra 400Mbps.

Don't think anyone going to offer lower than RM 129 for 100Mbps. Even if TIME materialize they do rebate RM 500 into your monthly bill if you switch.

TNB gonna take years to open up their fiber.

My friend went Menara TM to terminate because he want to change to Maxis + Unlimited Mobile data but the TM die die counteroffer him. Lastly 2 weeks turbo upgrade. Will see the next 2 weeks.

Me? Just waiting. No hurry for 500/800Mbps. Gonna be a lot of traveling here and then. Plus I receive email they will upgrade before 31st December 2018. So I have evidence and a case against them if they don't.

Just received SMS got service disruption at my area and expected to recovery by 7.30 PM today.

Found out you can now downgrade the plan via UniFi portal, so I submitted to change to RM 129 100Mbps from RM 189 100Mbps.

They called but I didn't know phone on silent mode.

So after few days, the sales team called and ask to defer the downgrade at least until end Dec 2018 because they say sayang the account is RM 189 100Mbps can get turbo to 800Mbps..
shall see and wait

edit: did confront them about 100Mbps -> 500Mbps for RM 189 but the team assured me my account is eligible for the 800Mbps one

Office upgraded from 10 -> 100Mbps
But home still stuck at 100Mbps. Ask the TM technician that came to replace BTU they told too many people, so deferred to January - March 2019 for those who didn't get upgraded.

Received call this morning 9am. Told within 2 weeks turbo upgrade but I told TM I'm going overseas soon and they will expedite for me.

Just now 4pm upgraded to 800Mbps.

Torrent stable at 50MB/s.
