and also during submited the downgrade form in tmpoint, i saw lot of unifi subcribers terminated their account..i feel sorry for tm but i asked the staff why so many terminated like pasar malam meh, the staff told me only here they can terminate the account..haha tm make things difficult for those want to terminate unifi acc.
On the contrary, they still don't want to add port for me. It has been a year. My neighbors all got unifi... I have reported to MCMC twice already. Anyone have any better idea in speeding up the port application?
