I did try to complain to TM Live Chat about needing to pay RM219 (before Service Tax) instead of RM199 (like maybe around 50% of the ppl here paying for?) for Turbo 800mbps
Then they actually ask me for a Account Number to refer haha. Sadly I dont have an actual account number to continue escalate. |
