I went last month twice to tm point n the cs aldy put up twice the upgrade request but until now nothing happen n today call up tm cs reply my upgrade this year but dont know when. Question is this year can it be next year.

i aldy went to telecom to request for faster turbo upgrate but until today nothing happen n today is aldy 15 Dec left 15days left as my upgrade period is from August to December 18. I am worried they might change my upgrade period to next year, any sifu can give some tips to request for the turbo upgrade.tq

Ytd i make a complain via live chat regarding my turbo upgrade n today they just closed ticket without settling my complain is it the way they open ticket n next day closed ticket even without settling the complain.

I just got turbo today after making few calls n few live chat. Now my problem is speed test on tm speedtest getting around 400mbps dl 100+ ul but when using okla speed test getting 100mbps dl up 98+ wonder anything i left out.tq

Can i request to change my btu even it support 1g. My btu is alcatel 240g but look ugly n have been using for more than 4years plus, only plus point is the btu never fail bfore from day one n very stable

Hi guys why is my 2.4mhz (n) speed cant get more than 100mbps compare my 5mhz (ac) can reach nearly max my speed of 500mbps. My set up is btu alcatel 240g router ac88u cable cat6.tq

Which speed test is more accurate, i test my at tm speed test i can manage to get 360+ mbps but using okla test can get 500mbps+ n my turbo speed is only 500 using 5mhz to test but using 2.4mhz can never above 120mbps either lan or wifi. Any sifu can comment on this.tq
