Ok solution for you all. Called maxis and apparently there's something wrong with their ipv6 AGAIN! So either you call them to disable ipv6 or just simple head to your network and internet settings, press on your current adapter, properties and the untick tcp/ip v6.. that should able to solve it
Thanks a lot. It works.looks like Maxis has a lot of issues recently. 5g hardly connect and have to use 2.4ghz
