i dont think that the Takezo Kensei in the history books is the gaijin, but rather Hiro. He goes back to the past , not to change history but to fulfil it.

i dont understand the direction of you guys. Where does it say that Adam Monroe knows about the virus? Where? Source.

The only thing he knows is that the company is on the opposite side of the line from him. So by convincing Peter, probably the most powerful of their kind, to become his disciple, Adam can brainwash him to turn against the Company.

The other conclusion is that Adam knows that the Company has been developing the Shanti variant, and he knows that only Peter can save him.

Anyway, we'll see what happens today.

according to Bob, Maury is Adam's pawn. so it's very probable. If Bob can be trusted, that is.
