Should i sell my ASN 3? I think I got sweet talked into buying it, after seeing how after dividend the nav also dropped lololol, actually why does this happen?

The NAV consist of both cash balance and funds invested in securities/stock/shares. The cash is realised after sale of the securities, probably with a profit. These profits are paid out as dividend. Some Funds dont pay out dividends. The NAV will reflect the lower value after the payout.. This is the reason for the fall in NAV after a dividend outflow.
