+heal bonus is calculated using the formula below, meaning the shorter the cast time, the less benefit you get from your +heal, while a 3.5 sec spell will gain full benefittumpang thread.

heheh....and if you have 1300+ bonus heal, and yet dunno how it works..ebay much?
so if u do have 1300+ heal, and you cast a 3.5sec heal spell, you will get +1300 (more or less), try casting naked, then putting all your gear and casting again
