Hi. I got problems with my samsung galaxy note 4 . The phone suddenly overheat, turn off and restart on it own. If it's starting on it own, it will stuck in booting loop, keep restarting and restarting until the battery run dry. I've tried couple of time send to repair. But all of the shop just restore the phone back to the factory setting. By restoring back to factory setting, the phone will be ok for couple of days but will be going insane the day after.

So, I don't know what is the problem. The battery is new, have already send to store for repair without changing any component inside, the speakers, touchscreen, button works well. Any idea? And any suggestion where I can get it repaired in KL?

you mentioned that its ok for a couple of days after factory reset, does the problem happen after you install certain apps?
maybe can try reset, then installing some of the apps at a time and use it to see if the problem comes back

I don't know if it's related to apps that I've installed. Since this phone is for work only. The only apps installed on the phone are WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messenger. No other apps.

Yep. Same situation as me. Phone randomly reboot and stuck at boot logo.

I think i know why this happens. It might be the chip inside (memory i think) is damaged. I tried flasing it stock and custom rom and when i try navigate to the phones memory (where i store the rom), it just display 0kb. Not a single file exist.

In my experience with pc, when theres no file to boot up to, it will stuck a boot logo.

So i send my phone to shop and they said cant do anything, but will try send it to their friend.

So, as the last resort, ive searched for note4 motherboard in shopee. Is it legit (as in new and trustable seller)?
