Illegal to use on road. Can't register with JPJ because scrap car status. CN be use for track race or salvage the parts.

Or, find another car exact same make and Color and use its number plate. Will need help from Jpj to get same copy of road tax.. That's car cloning.

roadblock hardly check chassis number on the spot. unless yours is different colour or look suspicious

roadblock nowadays don't just check roadtax, they check your plate number already
recently 1 of my customer kena, cross roadblock...police say based on plate number, their system is saying colour is black
but his car is white, IDAP also say it's white, heck even the chassis number in japan also say white

so make and colour have to match because they check plate number
those clone car, their road tax is fake, not registered in JPJ system...so if not same make and colour, very easily identified

the recond car u ppl saw in malaysia are basically used car in japan
they bought it through auction(auction will have rating towards it in terms of condition, usage, mileage, defect)

once car reach here, they adjust the mileage and fix it up(does not include any oil change)
thn it becomes your so called recond cars

those who buy recond car can be summarized as buying a 2nd hand japanese car with unknown condition

But there are UK/AUS recond imports of Mercedes-Benz,Toyota, and BMW. I don't think these are recond at the manufacturers.

there is no such thing as recond factory and the recond toyota that ppl are buying is certainly not bought from toyota JP
the car ppl are buying is supposedly some japanese's ex-car
the term recondition mean they bought it and "recondition" it here in malaysia and resell it
all oil inside the car is old oil, tyres are old...basically they only fix up parts that are making noise or doesn't make the car run right
