Why need exact make n color? Cannot simply use any car roadtax also can? Since roadtax there no car type and color. Can easy cheat. Roadblock also the polis only see got expired or not only.  How?
*
roadblock nowadays don't just check roadtax, they check your plate number already
recently 1 of my customer kena, cross roadblock...police say based on plate number, their system is saying colour is black
but his car is white, IDAP also say it's white, heck even the chassis number in japan also say white laugh.gif

so make and colour have to match because they check plate number
those clone car, their road tax is fake, not registered in JPJ system...so if not same make and colour, very easily identified

He looks suspicious is it? I dont think roadblack got check system. If all they check they die already la. What car he driving? If got stopped of course more risky.
*
not any cheapo car
he is driving a 500k land cruiser
before PH win, prolly...after PH win, getting stricter already
they run your plate to see make, model and colour match or not

or prolly clone are case is getting too serious

Cannot.
Japanese cars reconditioned in the respective car manufacturers, then sold via grey importer.

Singapore cars never recondition before, how to sell as recond?
Unless they send back to Japan for recondition, but I doubt so lah.
*
looks like u also don't know
there is no such thing as a "reconditioned" car from japan

the recond car u ppl saw in malaysia are basically used car in japan
they bought it through auction(auction will have rating towards it in terms of condition, usage, mileage, defect)
thn these bosses bid on it, if won thn they ship the car here
once car reach here, they adjust the mileage and fix it up(does not include any oil change)
thn it becomes your so called recond cars

those who buy recond car can be summarized as buying a 2nd hand japanese car with unknown condition laugh.gif

Eh, I all the while thought they recond in the factory. No ah?
*
there is no such thing as recond factory and the recond toyota that ppl are buying is certainly not bought from toyota JP
the car ppl are buying is supposedly some japanese's ex-car laugh.gif
the term recondition mean they bought it and "recondition" it here in malaysia and resell it
all oil inside the car is old oil, tyres are old...basically they only fix up parts that are making noise or doesn't make the car run right
